Here’s a quick post to point out two new sites I’ve worked on. I’ve done front-end and user interface design on both sites. The first one is FreeConferenceCalling.com and is a great way to hook up with your clients or coworkers for a quick conference call. The second one is TollFreeConferencing.com and gives you even more control over your conference call, with sub-accounts, billing options, and lots of other great features.

Another month, another template. But this one is a little special, since it was specially made for application websites.

I guess I’m an elitist. It’s almost a dirty word, but if the shoe fits I’ll wear it. I admire companies like Apple or 37signals that design for themselves and do things their own way.

I’ve been using Grooveshark a lot lately, and now that I’ve finally made the switch and bought a Mac, I can use tons of cool little apps such as Fluid, a Site Specific Browser (SSB) which transforms any site into its own application. I did this with Grooveshark (as explained here) and now Firefox can crash, and at least I’ll have some music to keep me company while it relaunches.

I’m proud to announce that one of my articles was published on Vectortuts today ! This Illustrator tutorial teaches you how to use the effects panel to create a repeating geometrical pattern, which is a very popular style of logo these days.

This book was written by Patrick McNeil, creator of Design Meltdown. For those of you who don’t know Design Meltdown, it’s a website gallery indexed by site type and design elements.
